Short-term rental business managing multiple apartments. Bookings came from aggregators (Avito, Sutochno, Yandex Travel). The team worked in WhatsApp and RealtyCalendar with zero automation.

Problem

Every guest needed check-in instructions, Wi-Fi passwords, door codes, and checkout reminders sent manually. With many apartments, tracking who to message when was chaotic. No automation between booking platforms, CRM, and guest communication. Cleaning scheduling was manual.

Solution

Built a backend that connected the full chain: booking aggregators > RealtyCalendar > AmoCRM > guest messaging via WhatsApp/Telegram. When a booking arrives in RealtyCalendar, it creates a deal in AmoCRM. Our backend receives a webhook from AmoCRM, calculates payment details, pulls the right instruction for the specific apartment, and sends it to the guest via WhatsApp/Telegram through Salesbot/Pact. Built sales funnels in AmoCRM with stages: booked, instructions sent, early check-in, late checkout, check-in, stay, checkout, cleaning. Each stage triggers the right automated message.
